New Dawn Financial educates clients on efficient money management, showing them how to use insurance and banking strategies to live debt free by reducing their reliance on outside financing. They help clients create liquid, safe, and tax beneficial wealth. They offer clients the tools to successfully pass on their business or legacy, providing security for their children and grandchildren.

New Dawn Financial LLC was established by Denise Chaney in 2009 in response to the 2000 and 2007 declines in the stock market. A financial advisor who felt increasingly unable to protect her clients from the risks the market continued to pose, Denise was also concerned that taxes, inflation and rising health care costs would quickly erode the funds her clients had saved for retirement. She saw the equity in their homes decline as interest and taxes consumed more and more of their income.

Turning to the industries that take little or no risk and still receive good returns—banking and insurance—she found that by mimicking such financial systems, an individual or business could combine their need for financing with the ability to build wealth at the same time. After accomplishing it within her own family and business first, Recycle Your Income was born—a proven strategy that has been used by banks and corporations for a century to make one dollar do the job of many.
